     Is a person really healthy if the body is functioning well, but the spirit is floundering?  This is the question the author asked herself as she considered recording her recipes and tips for healthy eating.  As a result of this contemplation, her book evolved into two parts:

     Part I is a collection of stories based on personal experiences.  They are designed to encourage and guide the reader into a closer walk with God.  Part II is a collection of recipes that promote good health.

     Amid the recipes are found tips for healthy eating and interesting nutritional information about many of the ingredients that the recipes require.  These ingredients are grocery store friendly and the recipes are simple to prepare.  You will find the book practical as it encourages physical and spiritual health.
